Welcome Friends!

When you become a member of Friends of The Marine Science Consortium (MSC),
you become a part of a community of people who believe in hands-on, feet-wet
science education and nature experiences. Together we will create
opportunities for people of all ages and walks of life to connect with the
wonders of the mid-Atlantic coast!

Founded in 1968, MSC is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) environmental learning
center and field station that, each year, offers thousands of people
educational experiences in our coastal marshes, beaches, creeks,
and bays. Our tag-line, …hands-on, feet-wet education, reveals MSC’s
educational philosophy and educational methods. With a 30 acre
campus, silver LEED certified Environmental Learning Center, amazing
field sites, partnerships with multiple agencies, and ability to make
connections between our user groups, MSC is a place of exceptional learning
opportunities.

As a member, you are a part of our educational efforts. You will receive our
bi-monthly e-newsletter, discounted member-only rates on certain programs and
camps, invitation to annual membership events, and discounts at over 150 nature
